Our doors are open 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Appointments are available from 8.30am-4pm.
Please make sure you wear a mask in our practice, as per New Zealand COVID-19 regulations.
If you have cold or flu symptoms such as a cough or sore throat, please DO NOT come in to the clinic. Send someone in to pick up a box of FREE RATS tests for you.

We are now deep into cold and flu season. If you have cold/flu symptoms, it is likely viral and antibiotics will not help. Make sure you rest, drink plenty of water, and have paracetamol if needed. If you are still unwell after 2-3 days, we will arrange a phone consultation for you.

We offer a variety of specialised services to make sure that you are well cared for here at Stokes Valley Medical Centre
Primary Care
We have an experienced team of nurses and doctors with an aim to see you within 2-5 working days.
Access and Choice
This team provides a FREE service for your care, including a Health Improvement Practitioner, a Health Coach and a Community Support Worker
Urgent Care
There is a variety of options for your care when we are closed.
Manage My Health
We use MMH as a FREE app to allow our patients to have fast access to their health information. You can use this to order scripts, and much more!
Payments
We are accepting cash or Eftpos transactions on site, however for your convenience you are welcome to pay via internet banking as below:

We accept: Cash, Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Internet banking and Regular Automatic Payments
If you are unable to pay in full, please discuss a repayment arrangement with our Practice Manager
Please note:
- An administration fee of $5.00 will be added 14 Days following the date of invoice.
- Accounts that are unpaid after 60 days may be referred to a collection agency and any costs associated will be added to the debt.
- Please be assured that in the event that you need urgent medical care, you will be seen.
